Terms of service
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Runqora. By creating an account, you accept them on your own behalf and for any organization you create or join.
The service
Runqora is a dashboard and API provided by jeantkg for managing infrastructure you run elsewhere: your storage, your authentication, webhooks, API keys and monitoring. Your providers keep running those services, and their own terms keep applying to them.
Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and in the organizations you administer, including what members you invite can do.
- You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
What you may connect and send
- Connect only systems and buckets you are allowed to manage, and give Runqora credentials that are yours to share.
- Monitor only addresses you run or have permission to check, and send webhooks only to endpoints that expect them.
- Do not use Runqora to attack, overload or probe other systems, to send spam, or to store or move anything unlawful.
- Do not try to reach other customers' data, get around plan limits or rate limits, or disrupt the service.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.
Your data
What you put into Runqora, and the data in the systems you connect, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data in your own systems, including your users' data, and for keeping your own backups of it.
Plans and billing
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page. The paid plan is billed monthly per organization. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which sells the subscription to you as merchant of record, so its terms also apply to the purchase.
You can cancel at any time from the organization's billing page. The plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for, and nothing is charged afterwards. When a paid plan ends, the Free plan's limits apply again: nothing you created is removed, but nothing more can be added beyond them. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Runqora available and secure, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. We may change or retire features; when a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by the services you connect. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your organizations and your account. We may end the service for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Either way, the data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Antigua and Barbuda. When they change, the date at the top changes too, and we will email account holders before a change that affects them. Questions go to @jeantkg on X.
